Why does Auto Model cost 150 credits for comics but 100 for anime?
Both are correct default Auto Model prices, but for different generation workflows:
| Workflow | Auto Model default | Unit |
|---|---|---|
| Comic | 150 credits | One panel |
| Anime | 100 credits | One image-generation request |
You can switch to another eligible comic model to adjust the per-panel cost, with examples ranging from 50 to 600 credits per panel. See Why comic and anime Auto Model pricing differs.
A finished comic page can use one generated image that visually contains several frames, or multiple separately generated, editable panels. For a 20-page comic showing four story frames on each page, those options produce different budgets: 20 single-image pages × 50 = 1,000 credits with an eligible 50-credit model; 80 separate panels × 50 = 4,000 credits; or 80 separate Comic Auto Model panels × 150 = 12,000 credits. Visual frames drawn inside one image are not separate editable panel objects. Additional assets, revisions and cover artwork may cost more. See One Comic Page, Two Workflows and the 20-page budget guide.
For each editing or generation action, refer to What costs credits, what doesn't? and How credits work.
How credits work
Credits pay for AI operations such as generating or editing images, comics, storyboards, and video. The number of credits used can vary by model, output, quality setting, and operation. The confirmation shown in the product is the most reliable cost for the action you are about to run.
Where can I see my balance and usage?
Open Usage Settings to review your balance and recent usage. Make sure you are signed in with the same email and login method used at checkout.
What happens when I run out of credits?
New paid generations pause until your subscription credits renew or you add eligible credits. Editing actions that do not call an AI model may still remain available.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription and top-up credits can follow different expiration rules. Check the wording shown at checkout and in your billing account, because validity can vary by credit type and offer.
Why are purchased credits missing?
- Confirm the account email used at checkout.
- Refresh Usage Settings after the payment completes.
- Check whether you signed in through a different Google, email, or social login.
- If the balance is still missing, contact support with the account email, order ID, charge date, and amount. Do not send a full card number.
Upgrades, cancellation, and billing
How do I upgrade?
Review the current plan comparison, choose a billing cycle, and complete checkout while signed in to the account that should receive the plan.
How do I cancel or update my payment method?
Open Billing Settings. You can review the current plan, renewal information, receipts, and the available payment-management actions.
What happens after cancellation?
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. Access and remaining subscription benefits continue according to the billing terms displayed for your account. Check Billing Settings for the effective end date.
Are taxes included?
The checkout shows the final amount and any applicable tax based on billing country and business information. Regional payment methods and tax handling can differ.
Can I request a refund?
AI generation consumes external compute as soon as a request runs. Eligibility therefore depends on the purchase and usage circumstances. Review the current Terms of Service and contact support with the order ID if you believe a billing error occurred.
Commercial use and production plans
Plan entitlements and commercial terms can differ. Before publishing or delivering client work, review the plan description and Terms of Service. For a studio, school, publisher, or long-running series, see the enterprise guide or contact the team with expected monthly output, collaborators, and required formats.
