Delete Your Account

Before Deleting Your Account

Save any work you want to keep before requesting deletion. Account deletion is permanent and you will lose access to your account and its content.

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play before deleting your account. For subscriptions purchased elsewhere, cancel through the provider you used.

Delete Your Account

On the web

1. Open account settings and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

In the Android app

Open Profile → Account and security, select the account deletion option, and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion without the app

You do not need to install the app to request deletion.

Email an account deletion request to support@llamagen.ai, preferably from the email address associated with your LlamaGen account.

Use the subject LlamaGen account deletion request, include your account email, and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you cannot access that email address, explain this in your request so support can help verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment card details.

Opening the email link only prepares a message; you must send it to submit your request. Support may need to verify account ownership before processing deletion.

Account Data and Retention

The request covers your LlamaGen account and associated personal data, including your profile and uploaded or generated content. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, or dispute purposes. See our Privacy Policy for data handling and retention details. Contact support if you need clarification about your data or the status of your request.

Need Help?
