How old do I need to be to use LlamaGen?

Children may not create an account or use LlamaGen. For these age requirements, a child means anyone under 13, or below a higher age for consenting to personal-data processing in the country or region where they are located. Parental permission does not waive this minimum age. If you meet these age requirements but have not reached the legal age of adulthood where you are located, you need a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision to use LlamaGen. Your parent or guardian must review the Terms and lawfully agree to them on your behalf. Other services you access through LlamaGen may have additional age or eligibility requirements. Those requirements also apply. Age requirements and parental permission.

Where should I start?

Use Create your first comic or choose the right workspace.

You're in control of what you share

You decide whether to publish work from your private workspace to Feed. Unpublished work is not listed there.

Community activities are public submissions. As stated on the activity page, completed entries are automatically published to Feed. Do not submit work to an activity if you want to keep it private.

Feed visibility is separate from any link-sharing or team access you enable. For data processing needed to provide the service, see our Privacy Policy.

Which sign-in method should I use?

Use the same email and provider that created the account. See Sign-in and account recovery.

Where can I check credits?

Open Credit Usage. If a failed operation appears to have consumed credits, keep its project ID and matching usage entry.

Why does comic Auto Model cost 150 credits but anime Auto Model cost 100?

They are both the correct defaults for different workflows. Comic Auto Model costs 150 credits for one panel. Anime Auto Model costs 100 credits for one anime image-generation request. You can also choose different eligible models to change comic panel costs.

See Comic vs. Anime Auto Model credits.

What costs credits, and what does not?

AI generation, redraws, and image changes can use credits, while typing into an existing prompt or editing an existing text object does not by itself generate a new image. This does not mean all AI tools, exports, or plan features are free. Read the action-by-action credit guide before generating.

How much does a 20-page comic cost?

Estimate panels, not just pages. A 20-page comic with four panels per page has 80 panels. The initial artwork estimate is 12,000 credits on comic Auto Model, or 4,000 credits on an eligible 50-credit model, excluding extra edits, covers, and other assets. Read the complete planning guide.

Does LlamaGen give daily login credits?

Eligible users can claim bonus credits via daily check-ins. Under the standard policy, seven consecutive days yield 1,900 Free / 3,800 paid credits; Free claims are capped at seven per calendar month, some countries have reduced Free rewards, and new awards expire after 30 days (older grants retain their existing expiry). See Daily check-in rewards.

Are the first 10 comic panel redraws free?

On paid plans, yes for eligible standard-model Comic Studio redraws. The first 10 redraw operations per comic cost 0 credits, then standard redraws cost 100 credits each. Free plans pay 100 credits per redraw, and certain premium Pro models cost 600 credits with no free allowance. See Free redraws and eligibility.

Can one 50-credit image contain several comic frames on one page?

Yes. In the single-image page workflow, you can compose multiple visual scenes or frames inside one generated full-page image. With an eligible 50-credit model, that image costs 50 credits for its initial generation. Those scenes are inside one image, not independent editable panel objects. If you need four separate editable panels, an eligible 50-credit model uses 4 × 50 = 200 credits, while four Comic Auto Model panels use 4 × 150 = 600 credits. See one-image pages vs separately editable panels.

Do one-time credit purchases renew automatically?

No. A one-time credit purchase is a single payment, not a subscription. It does not create recurring charges or renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel for that purchase.

If you also have a separate monthly or annual subscription, it continues to follow its own renewal settings. Buying one-time credits does not cancel or change that subscription. To manage it, see Billing, cancellation, and refunds.

Why is generation taking longer than expected?

Wait times vary by operation and service load. Check service status and use Generation is stuck or failed.

Can I redraw one panel?

Yes, when the active Comic Studio or Manga Editor control shows Redraw. Review the displayed credit information before confirming. See Redraw one panel.

How do I keep a character consistent?

Use one stable identity definition and clear reference, then redraw only affected panels. See Character consistency troubleshooting.

Which upload formats and limits apply?

Follow the active uploader. Limits and supported media differ by tool. See Upload formats, size limits, and reference images.

Which export formats are available?

They vary by workspace and plan. Open the current Download or Export menu and see Export formats.

Can I use generated work commercially?

Review the current Terms of Service, confirm rights to source and third-party material, and see Ownership and commercial use.

How is uploaded data handled?

The Privacy Policy is the governing source. See Privacy and data for safe-upload practices.

Where can I see current incidents and product changes?

Use Service Status for live incidents and Release Notes for shipped changes.

How do I contact support?

Prepare the project ID, exact error, steps, timestamp and time zone, browser, device, and redacted screenshots. See What to prepare before contacting support.
